This website is operated by Third Act Consultancy, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland. By using it you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
You may read, print and share this content for your own business purposes. Please don't scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or use it to train a commercial model without asking first.
The assessment is a self-scored diagnostic. It reflects the answers you give, and nothing else — we don't verify them, and we have no other information about your business at the point it produces a result.
It's a useful starting point and a deliberately rough instrument. It is not a substitute for a full audit, in which scores are evidenced from interviews across your team, and it is not professional advice of any kind. Decisions with real money attached deserve more than five minutes of multiple choice.
The calculator applies simple arithmetic to figures you enter: hours saved per week, multiplied by 52, multiplied by the hourly rate you supply. The default assumptions are deliberately conservative, but they are still assumptions.
The output is an illustration, not a forecast, a projection or a guarantee of any result. Your actual outcome depends on your business, your team and what you go on to do. Please don't treat the number as a promise, because it isn't one.
Content on this site is general information about how we work. It isn't legal, financial, tax or technical advice, and it doesn't create a client relationship. A client relationship starts when both sides sign an engagement letter, and the terms of that letter govern the work.
We keep the site accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content is current at the moment you read it.
The content, design, and the five-layer AI Operating System framework are ours. You're welcome to reference the framework and to use it inside your own business — that's rather the point of publishing it — but not to resell it or present it as your own methodology.
To the extent Irish law allows, Third Act is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because that can't be limited and shouldn't be.
Where we link out, we don't control what's there and aren't responsible for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
